Good clamping and secure but does not maintain image-train central when rotated and clamped.

Bought this to compliment my new Baader diamond steeltrack which I fitted to my new StellaLyra RC.
I am primarily imaging and hanging a 2” filter wheel and camera onto the focuser and wanted something to hold it securely - this fits the bill perfectly, just a quick twist and the camera and filters are absolutely rock solid with no flexing at all, and it’s just as easy to release too.
In my humble opinion this is a very useful addition to the focuser which makes for a more solid imaging set up.

Fantastic bit of kit. Holds my imaging train securely and, more importantly, consistently.

Easy to use

Fitted this to my new focuser and it makes changing eyepieces and cameras so quick and easy, everything is nicely centred.
