Complete kit include two rings, the dovetail bar, dovetail clamps and all necessary mounting hardware - Celestron OTAs normally require mounting blocks whereas most Meade OTAs do not. 

  • Made from .75" 6061 black-anodized aluminium and stainless steel.
  • Guidescope rings are mounted on a mini dovetail assembly for easy removal and balancing.
  • Large 3/8" aluminium adjusting screws have 1/4" Delrin tips to help protect the guidescope and minimize image shift during long exposures.

The image above shows a Takahashi FS60C (not included!) in the 100mm rings. When sizing your telescope please remember the rings need to be oversized for several reasons: The Delrin tips on the thumb screws add room, you need room for adjustments and you also need to insert the scope through the rings past the dewshield or focus knobs.

Mounted a 89mm Borg on top of CPC1100

I used this great kit to mount a 89mm refractor on top of my obsy based CPC1100. It comes with all the screws needed to fit and they are stainless steel ones unlike the standard Celestron screws It was easy to get the refractor aligned with the main scope using the ring adjustments and it holds onto the Borg with no issues even when pointing up at the zenith. Recommended.
