My first transaction with FLO

A very good experience from start to finish.
My initial contact was via an email asking for advice which I got in abundance from a more or less immediate reply.
I then ordered just one product and paid for 'standard' delivery. I was kept informed via email as to the status of my order and I received the item two days later.
You cannot fault service like this and I shall certainly use FLO again.
