We are really struggling to line the telescope up. The view is upside down, which is quite disappointing. Hence we have only used it a couple of times, because it really frustrates us
Response:
Most astronomy telescopes will show you a view that is inverted or mirrored, for nighttime use this shouldn't matter once you get used to it but if you are trying to use this in the daytime than you would need an erecting diagonal which will show you a correct upright image. Please get in touch if you are not sure and we can help advise.

Before purchasing I spoke to our local Astronomy Club and the guy recommended to contact First Light Optics and order Sky Watcher Mercury. After several delays due to stock shortage this arrived last week. Huge excitement in the house with my husband and grandsons setting up the telescope to check out the moon! There’s some reading of the manual to get through but I know we took the right advice and would recommend anyone wanting a beginners telescope to consider this model. Throughout the whole period from order to delivery First Light Optics have been fantastic.
