Foldable rubber eyecup with M43 metal thread.

Threaded connection ensures a perfect, tight fit. Silicone rubber material ensures no aging issues or brittleness and a nice comfortable feel.

Fits all Baader eyepieces with an M43 photo / video thread including Morpheus, Hyperion fixed focal length eyepieces, Hyperion Zoom and Hyperion Aspheric.

With the optional M43 extension # 2954250 (also included with the Morpheus eyepieces since early 2018), the eye rest can be increased by 7.5mm.

NOTE: Included with Morpheus eyepieces sold since early 2018.

Good, but it didnt fit

I didnt read the description properly, it states that it fits all fixed focal length Hyperions and Morpheus ep"s so i bought one but it doesnt fit the Modulars, my bad but its not that obvious at first, still very good quality and service though.

So much better than the Mk3 Zoom's "wide" eyecup.

So much better than the flimsy extending "eyecup" suppiled as standard with the mark 3 zoom. I've put "eyecup" in inverted commas because that wasn't really an eyecup at all, jut a flat rubber ring that kept falling off because of the flimsy lugs that held it on. Amazing really, that Baader can make such an excellent eyepiece optically and yet put such a rubbish fitting on it.
Anyhow, that whole flimsy contraption can be unscrewed and replaced with this far superior item, giving a secure foldable eyecup that is just the right diameter and separation. I wish I'd bought it years ago....
