I can't say enough good things about this company first of all I waited over 6 months for my OTA from the manufacturer December of 12/21 to June of 2022. First light Optics from the time I made the order until receipt was 5 days every time a question was posed via email it was answered within 24 hours I may never shop anywhere else again and mind you they are in the UK I am in the US

Already have a Newtonian and a refractor (fl=750.400mm) and have been hankering after SCT for a while so took the plunge before Christmas. The first C8 arrived damaged, but after emailing
FLO and sending them some photos of the problem they quickly agreed to send me a replacement, which STILL arrived before Christmas. Amazing service ! I bought the scope for both visual and some AP with a 0.63 reducer. Terrible weather as usual late Dec/early Jan but managed a few views of Jupiter between cloud banks. Spectacular. I have since bought a ZWO AF bracket and hope to do some AP in the near future. This scope has its limitations re AP compared to EDGE but main benefits for me are: relatively light weight (fine on HEQ5 mount with Losmandy saddle adapter). very flexible - visual 2032mm fl, AP x 0.63 and possibilty of Hyperstar in the future (I think this works - FLO ?). Over all hits the mark without breaking the bank.
Thank-you for your review and kind comments :-)
The telescope is compatible with Hyperstar.
