Good quality cables with fully metal screws and fittings. They also have a decent sized knob with which to make small adjustments. A good addition to the Enhanced motor drive kit. Far better than the sub standard plastic knobs that comes with an EQ5.

Well made rods. They fit my Celestron Telescope perfectly. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase, and would recommend these slow motion rods to anyone who need to replace their own rod. On the plus side they are longer and have easier to grip ends against the Celestron rod ends. Very happy with the quality and the price for a pair of rods.

I purchased these for my Skywatcher AZ5 mount, and they work fine. Only small niggle is that the screws are long, and can catch on the mount; the solution was not to slide the control rod all the way on, but leave a gap of about 2mm. Proper grub screws would be better, to avoid this.

I'm using these slow motion controls with a Vixen Porta mount and they work very well. The long flexible RA control doesn't interfere with the tube (either an 80mm refractor or 127mm SCT) when viewing objects near the zenith such as M92 in Hercules. Highly recommended!

The cables on my cheap Newtonian reflector had cracked.
I got these delivered and they are much better than the originals.
Very solid, sturdy and longer.
