Coronado 2x 1.25" Barlow Optimised for Ha Solar Observing

The enhanced fully multi-coated CEMAX 2x Barlow lens is specifically designed for use at H-alpha (or Ha) wavelengths.

Has optimised lens coatings to enhance contrast and minimise glare. The high contrast also makes it a good choice for planetary observing.

Supplied with caps.

IMPORTANT: This Barlow is NOT a filter. For solar observing it MUST be used in conjunction with a Coronado Ha Solar telescope or telescope with a Coronado filter, appropriately and safely mounted, and used correctly.

Contrast Enhancement

I tested the Barlow on my HA scope as I wanted a better contrast. When comparing this between my 2.5x powermate, the powermate gave a better view. Cant say the contrast is enhanced as Coronado are claiming
The Barlow itself does not feel the best quality either and is built poorly.
