came across these on a Sky at Night article the other day - just what I had been looking for - compact and well made item to which extra weights can be added if necessary.. in conjunction with a longer dovetail
(Founder 14 inch - not stated 15 inch) there is no doubt the telescope can be repositioned more centrally and for the first time will be able to use a ZWO ASi2600 at one end (refractor) while being able to flexibly position the 1kg weight at the other. Money well spent and will have no hesitation purchasing another for the other set up (reflector).

I bought this to reduce the strain on my SW AZ GTiX mount with the scope on one side only. It happily attaches to the L-bracket.
Like most Baader products, it's not cheap but feels like real quality. It wouldn't look out of place on something designed by NASA!

I bought this to help balance a dual rig that I move cameras around on. It works very well, making it much easier to balance in both RA and Dec, and making it less necessary to try and slide OTAs along dovetails to get a balance. It is well made, and effective.

I was looking for a solution to counter balance my 7Dii on my Nexstar 6SE AZ mount for astro-imaging. After looking around I found this solution by Baader, and I am glad I went with it. Its well made, fits extremely well and seems to take the strain off the motors. Yet to test it in anger due to the weather, but I'm sure it will be fine! Highly recommended.
