Introducing the Deep Sky Dad AF3 Auto Focuser kit for Askar 200mm Lens. 

The Askar ACL200 lens is specifically designed for astrophotography. It is supplied with Vixen style dovetail and helical focuser. Focusing can be time consuming, even with a Bahtinov mask (especially with narrowband filters). The focus can also shift during the night due to a change temperature. Deep Sky Dad has solved this for you with this dovetail dovetail mounted kit (similar to their WO RedCat Autofocuser). 

With the aluminium extension block, the ACL200 is raised just high enough to snugly fit the AF3 motor between the lens and the dovetail. This results in a balanced, compact solution.

The AF3 boasts a stealth drive feature to minimise noise and vibration. In addition to the smoother motion it also provides more accurate movement with micro stepping down to 1/256. The enclosure was also optimised for easier assembly but has retained backwards compatibility with existing Astro Dad adapters.

The AF3 is ASCOM/INDI compatible.
