This product was a very big disappointment. I only had a Canon 5D Mark III and the kit lets (24-105) and it would not hold it. Given that the camera and lens are well below the 4.5 Kg rating I would call that bad. The quick release plate rotates under the weight of the camera. I would definitely not buy it again!
