The last time I bought a pair of binoculars was about 25 years ago. Zeiss 10x50's, and I thought they were pretty good at the time. I have only bought the new Helios Mistral due to needing to save weight, which they do brilliantly. Although not light either, they're just well built. I'm always on pins when buying binoculars from the internet as they invariably arrive a mile out of collimation and I have to send them straight back. These ones however were wrapped extremely well and are spot on, bright with great contrast and easy to focus. The only downside is the 5 metre minimum focus distance so they're no good for garden birds but for anything else they're brilliant.
