This is a tripod and like most of its species it has 3 legs that lock and the 5kg counter weight seems to weigh 5kg!
Seriously, it seems to be a reasonable quality.
it is reasonably light weight but stable when assembled.
I have found that the locking levers for the legs need to be tight and do worry slightly about the strength of the locking levers that you turn but so far everything is fine!
The item was delivered promptly and well packaged.
Good service.
