For use with William optics telescopes and focusers, this beautifully made quick-release 50mm finderscope bracket is easy to use, very convenient and great value.

Needed an upgrade for my skywatcher guide scope as the standard bracket isn't solid enough.
Perfect fit and holds the scope still, lovely quality finish to top it off
Decent shoe and rings, but not the mounting bracket 05 December 2019 | Gintautas
I do not have any idea if this was a mistake or something, however mounting brackets dovetail did not really fit the supplied mounting shoe and was far from standard Skywatcher one (mounting brackets dovetail angle was clearly different from the one mounting shoe had), other Skywatcher accessories though, fitted perfectly to the supplied mounting shoe. It was still possible to mount them together, but in a way a dovetail should not be used
(shoe made contact with a vertical flat of the bracket not the slanted surface of the dovetail, resulting that the bracket was locked in while lifted from the bottom of the shoe flat). As I bought this kit with intention of using shorter mounting bracket it was not a critical problem though.

William Optics quality as standard 01 July 2019 | Michael
First off. 5 star service from the chaps at first light optics
The William optics bracket is very well made. Just requires the stainless adjustable bolts to be inserted.
My Explorer scientific 9 x 50mm finderscope fits perfectly.
I then mounted this to a moonlit focusser on my William Optics refractor.
All in all very happy.
Great for a fider/guider setup 04 May 2018 | Robert
I purchased this to go on a WO Star 71 mk1.
It all fits together nicely and it is really well made. I used it in a finder/guider setup and managed 20 minute exposures with no signs of flex or movement.
Since I purchased this bracket I have added the Sky-Watcher EvoGuide 50ED Guidescope as well and the two are a great match.
