Meade 8" f/10 ACF UHTC Telescope OTA

This impressive LX200 catadioptric telescope features Meade's Advanced Coma-Free (ACF) optics with Ultra-High Transmission Coatings (UTHC), an oversized low-expansion borosilicate primary mirror and a Schott Borofloat glass corrector plate. 

Meade exclusive ACF optics delivers aplanatic performance with a flatter field, reduced astigmatism and no diffraction spikes. 

Other features include UHTC optical coatings for high contrast and maximum light transmission and a primary mirror locking mechanism (located just above the telescope's main focus knob) that completely eliminates residual image shift due to mirror movement during.
