Asterion active coolers for Sky-Watcher Newtonian & Dobsonian telescopes.
When a Newtonian reflector telescopes stored indoors is positioned outside, the primary mirror must cool to the ambient air temperature before it can be used. Good views are not possible before the mirror has cooled.
These easy to fit active coolers have one or more fans that draw cool air over the mirror surface, reducing the time required for the mirror to cool.

As good as this device is for cooling and reducing light leaks, it is nothing compared to FLO. FLO couldn’t be any better if they tried. Really’!

Great fit to my skywatcher skyliner 300p.only took me 10 mins , great piece of kit .very good air flow.

I recently bought the nt-8 version for my 200p and after a tight fit works really well, it does act like an extractor fan pulling the air into the tube and out the back so the air being pulled down is rather noisy also had to buy a seperate power supply as it doesnt come with one supplied not really a major gripe, if your looking for something to cool your scope down quickly then i would recommend
