Eliminates diffraction spikes caused by primary mirror retaining clips.

Fits neatly under the primary primary mirror clips. Installation is easy. It is not even necessary to remove the main mirror from the mirror cell. (You will need to remove the mirror cell assembly from rear of telescope for easy access to mirror retaining clips).

Simply remove the primary mirror cell from the tube and attach the ring to the holes provided with the existing screws. All you have to do is open the screws, put the ring in between and screw everything back together.

The ring might also fit other Newtonian telescopes with same diameter primary mirror. If you have questions, please ask smiley

The aperture ring is 3D-printed from special PLA material. 

Important: Never use a solar filter in combination with this sub-aperture aperture ring in your Newtonian telescope! Increased heat inside the telescope can cause the aperture ring to soften then damage your primary mirror.
