- Every lead is individually tested for electrical continuity, shorts and power load during manufacture.
Please check your product's manual for use and suitability.
NOTE: Not suitable for use with the Celestron Lithium (LiFePO4) Powertank Pro (it's power out socket is deeper than usual).
Please note: These cables are unfused. Please ensure your controller or PSU has a suitable fuse or circuit breaker to protect your mount's electronics. We accept no responsibility for equipment damaged as a result of using an incorrect cable, incorrect power orientation or connection without a suitable fuse.

This is a really nice Cable, it was meant to replace the Standard DC Cable, which came with the Celestron Lithium 7.2 Ah LiFePO4 Powertank (smaller model). The supplied cable tends to stiffen with the cold at night, and can be arkward. After discussing compatabilty with FLO, I decided to give it a try.
However, after some effort and fiddling. I found the cable's Plug itself is just not compatible with my Nexstar SLT Mount. At the Power Tank Socket, there is no problem, the Socket has a compression hump/spring which moves back to accommodate the plug as it is pushed in, at the Telescope's Mount, this DC Socket is a slightly different design for some bizarre reason, and the front of the Cable's Plug snag's on the internal compression cutaway, preventing the already shorter shaft length of the Lynx Plug, from Fully locating into the DC Socket. I can only comment on my current SLT Mount which was purchased 5months ago. I was really disappointed about this, as the Lynx Cable is a first class product, and more visable in the dark. I have now read some postings on the Internet regarding Celestron's DC Sockets, so do some research, as it's worth your while being aware of possible problems. I cannot fault FLO for their complete understanding and refunding the purchase cost. 10/10 for true customer service at its best.
An end to cold plastic cable knots

One of the biggest banes of my astro life is tangling of stiff plastic cables. All these Lynx silicone cables are a joy to handle, They retain all their flexibility in freezing conditions and, as far as I am concerned, are worth every penny. I also have Lynx cables for my mounts, and dew controllers.
