The Sky-Watcher Evostar 80 DS-PRO ED refractor sets the standard for optical performance at it's price and often outperforms more glamorous (expensive) telescopes costing considerably more. Features Ohara FPL-53 extra-low dispersion glass for the ED element, which virtually eliminates chromatic aberration, and top quality German Schott glass for the matching Crown element.
Fitted with Sky-Watcher's dual-speed Crayford focuser.
Sky-Watcher also offer an optically-matched 0.85x Focal Reducer/Flattener for astrophotography at f6.37.
Note: To achieve this price we are splitting the 80ED DS PRO bundle into individual components so the telescope will be delivered in our own box and packaging.

arrived well packed, very quick delivery. frist night out with the 80ED the views of the moon were fantastic sharp and clear. if you're looking for a telescope for astro photography this a must have. just one problem if you have a QHY183 CCD you will need a very long extension tube about 3 to 4" to get focus. cannon DSLR focus no problem.
focusing is quick and easy with the crayford. fantastic little telescope 5 stars
