Bought this dovetail to mount my Skywatcher 130m onto the Az GTI mount.

Solid and sturdy cast aluminium dovetail and in Skywatcher's new green livery.

At the price its an excellent buy.

Excellent delivery service from FLO, and the workmanship of the mount seems good. However I was surprised (and disappointed) that the short mount does not fit Sky-Watcher's own AZ5 mount (the flat sections in the middle do not fit) - so probably best to check before ordering.

I already had an Orion dovetail, but it got damaged with bad screws . Thankfully This was a cost effective option that is nice and solid, reliable, and at an affordable price

I recently purchased two of these for my 130pds to replace the stock (short) dovetail bar that comes with it - this allows for much better positioning in the mount saddle and achieves proper DEC balance without the use of extra weights. Also came with four allen bolts per bar to adjust for cone error - best part being, they came at a price which wont break the bank!... cheap, simple, effective.

Bought this short dovetail to use with my skywatcher mount but it doesn't seem to be as secure as I'd expect. Does work but I feel it could become detached in use. Will probably look for a replacement in the near future.

And actually quite a good one. Light weight with some decent attachment opportunities. It's more than adequately stiff and will do a good job of supporting your OTA so long as you Don.t go wildly over the top.
