Based on the classic 4-element Plossl. Features multi-coated glass and edge-blackened optics for surprisingly good resolution and contrast.

Threaded barrel accepts 1.25" filters.

Best suited for telescopes with f-ratios f6 or slower.

All focal lengths offer 50º field-of-view except the 40mm which offers 42º

32 and 40mm: due to the 1.25" barrel size the 32 and 40mm eyepieces actually show the same area of sky so, for visual use, the 32mm is the better choice. The 40mm is however useful when a compact camera is positioned over the eyepiece for afocal photography. 

Note to spectacle wearers: Focal lengths 17mm and longer are good choices for spectacle wearers but if you are looking for shorter focal lengths the BST StrarGuider series eyepieces have greater eye-relief so are better suited.

those skywatcher really are great value,it's only when a dealer explained to me they were exactly the same as many other brands and proved it to me that i realized how other company rip you off for the same stuff with their name stamped on it

I use the 12.5mm when I occasionally partake in visual astronomy with my 130PDS. For the price it can't be beat.

I received the eyepiece very quickly, its very well made and excellent quality and much better than the eyepieces supplied with the Telescope I will definitely order more from FLO why go elsewhere.
