Manufactured by Masuyama (aka Ohi Optical Co) in Tokyo, Japan. 

These traditional Abbe Orthoscopic eyepieces are excellent for lunar, solar and planetary observing. 

The 4-element Abbe design with 42º FOV provides beautiful flat fields with excellent image sharpness, brightness and contrast. 

They also work very well with binoviewers and are affordable to buy as a pair. 

Note: 18 & 25mm eyepieces have 15.2mm 22.2 mm eye-relief, so they are suitable for use with eyeglasses. The other focal lengths have less than 11mm, so they are not.

I have all eight of these abbe HD orthoscopic eyepieces and I think they are fantastic. All are very sharp, have very high contrast and great coatings. I'm very pleased to say the least.
