TeleGizmos Solar Scope Covers are warranted for one year from date of purchase including all labor and material. If your cover fails due to either a manufacturing or material defect, TeleGizmos will repair or replace the cover during this warranty period. Proof of purchase required. This warranty is fully transferable. This warranty does not include coverage of normal wear and tear.

TeleGizmos Telescope Cover for 10"-12" SCT w/finder on EQ Mount.

71cm / 28" top line length (sloping line), 91cm / 36" major height (vertical), 63cm / 25" minor height, 38cm / 15" width.

Manufactured using a multi-layer, polyethylene material with a fully Aluminised surface. The heat reflective ability of the cover is extremely high with a material strength equal to a multi-layer light weight tarp.

The material was originally developed for NASA as an insulator in spacecraft. It is very strong, light, tear and puncture resistant and is highly superior to Mylar in durability.

I have two of these. The one purchased recently now covers my 11" Edge on an iOptron CEM70 mount. I Also have an Prima Luce 65mm on the 11" for widefield. I had expected to have to remove that in order to cover the whole OTA & mount. I did not. Though the above is in a ROR obsy and sheltered from the weather it should always be covered as dust and crawly things lover observatories...

Last week I ordered the cover and got is a few days later in house (Belgium). This weekend was one of the better ones and I could leave my gear in the back-yard for 3 evenings/nights in a row of astrophotography.
When I ordered, the 9.25" SCT version was not in stock, so I went for the 10"-12" SCT sizes.
After these few nights of experience, I am more than happy with this cover. It fits well (the size bigger is even a kind of comfort), it is light, but really functional. It's easy to place it over a SCT 9,25 with guidescope and finderscope. I just have to remove the dew-shield and that's it.

Very nice. Telescope is now toasty and warm. I use this in the observatory as extra protection, and is just the ‘extra piece of mind’ I was looking for.
