NEW William Optics RedCat 61 / 300mm f/4.9 Apo

This latest introduction to the popular RedCat family features a 61mm Petzval design and a fast focal ratio of F4.9.

The William Optics RedCat 61 APO is a 61mm f/4.9 Petzval refractor with synthetic fluoride (FPL53 and FPL51) glass elements for a full-frame, flat field image.

Provides high-resolution images when used for astrophotography or wildlife photography and features William Optics brand new WIFD internal focusing mechanism for zero flexure on the drawtube.

Even better, the focuser is compatible with the ZWO EAF.

With a  fast f/4.9 focal ratio and compact size, the RedCat 61 is ideal for convenient wide-field astrophotography or piggybacking. 

It incorporates a field rotator graduated by degree, a slot for 48mm filters and a reversible dovetail for either Vixen style* or Arca-Swiss mounting. 

Features standard Cat Handle for mounting one of William Optics Uniguide/Slide Base Guidescopes.
