Very solid and can be used with a CEM25P!
All you need is the tripod extender for the CEM25P, and a 3\8" screw to replce the existing screw on the bottom.
Ive worked with the tripod for a few months now and it is a treat!
Very light and portable, and super robust, no vibrations at all.\

I bought this tripod to mount my William Optics Wedge, which in turn holds the Sky-Watcher AZ-GTi and Redcat 51. I’m very happy with the stability provided compared to the original Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer tripod. This tripod is rock solid and very high quality. It’s also light comes with a whole bunch of useful features, such as a carry bag, a choice of feet and two mount heads, one for a Star Tracker / Ball Head and the other for a larger mount such as an HEQ5. The only disappointment is that the fitting screw for attaching the Star Tracker head is a short double headed screw that can be used either way for 1/4 or 3/8 fittings respectively. Whilst adequate, I can see it getting lost in the dark if you try to swap heads whilst out in the field. By contrast the quick release head for the HEQ5 a wonderful large red quick release bolt that oozes quality. On the whole I’m very pleased with this addition to my lightweight travel rig and can highly recommend it.

It might seem a bit silly to get so excited about a tripod but here I am, excited! It is amazingly-light for how rigid it is. This is going to work out to be a fantastic travel tripod for my eclipse adventures! And it closes up to a reasonably-short package that will tuck into my equipment cases nicely.
