Without turning the original Skyguider Pro Declination bracket upside down, I couldn't get my RedCat and camera to balance. This was fine but turning the dec bracket upside down meant that the Polar Scope was always upside down if your rig was left in place so to speak, the William Optics extension bar has allowed me to balance my rig without adding an additional counter weight, maintain the declination bracket in its intended orientation and looks super cool as well. Highly recommend.
