About this product

The mini dovetail bar is the heart of the Mini dovetail system.  Smaller lighter and less expensive than the competition.  The dovetail bar is 1.5" wide and 5/8" thick with hollowed out pockets on the back of the bar.  The doveail bar attaches to the OTA using the existing screws holes.  No drilling or tapping into the existing OTA. 

Meade 8" OTA - 13.5" long with two elongated slots at each end.  The back side of the dovetail bar has a channel that allows the dovetail bar to conform to the curvature of the OTA.  No radius blocks required.
