Astro Essentials 1.25" Collimation Cap

A simple, convenient and affordable means of collimating a Newtonian telescope.

Normally when you look down a telescope focuser drawtube it can be hard to tell exactly where to place your eye. When using a collimation cap you will see a bright white circle surrounding your eye pupil, making it easier to centre the primary and secondary mirrors.

Fits firmly into your focuser's 1.25" eyepiece holder and features a reflective inner surface.

Collimating cap fits fine, would definitely choose the £6 version looking back as the Collimaton cap isn’t very reflective making it a little harder to collimate. Over all though it isn’t bad.
