Didn't buy this from FLO, but second hand at a very good price.! Thought I would post a review though, to encourage others to give this a go.
This is a very good scope which I have had for quite a while. It has a long focal length, is physically very long but is quite lightweight and easy to handle. I have used it on my SkyTee2 mount, which handles it with ease, not sure how a lighter mount will handle the length, but the SkyTee handled this and it's bigger brother the 127L together easily. This is a superior scope to it's bigger brother, there is no Chromatic Aberration at all to my eyes and it snaps to focus easily. Very sharp views of the moon and planets make this an ideal scope for that purpose. Perhaps I just got lucky and got a very good example, but I would not hesitate in recommending this scope from FLO, because it is essentially risk free, considering their excellent customer service! I have used this alongside a Starfield 102 ED and to be honest preferred the Bresser. It seems sharper, clearer. I am not saying the Starfield is no good, just I preferred this in most ways. ( Perhaps best not to tell Starfield owners that! ) The only issue is the very large size, so not really very grab and go, but still quick to set up. I had to get a ski bag to house it!
