TeleGizmos Warranty
TeleGizmos 365-series covers are warranted for one year from date of delivery including all labor and material. If your cover fails due to either a manufacturing or material defect, TeleGizmos will repair or replace the cover during this warranty period. Proof of purchase required. This warranty is fully transferable but does not include normal wear and tear.
TeleGizmos 365-series are the BEST telescope covers money can buy!
Suitable for 12-14" EQ mounted SCTs. 127cm / 50" major top line, 152cm / 60" major height.
The TeleGizmos 365 series are designed for severe weather protection.
Features an inner layer of aluminised material for radiant heat protection coupled to an outer cover of highly water, UV and mildew-resistant acrylic coated woven polyester. This combination of materials provides years of protection, even when used outside 24/7, 365-days a year.
The outer material also offers high strength and abrasion resistance with less than 1% shrinkage or stretch.
Tested in some of the harshest US environments, including the desert southwest, Florida Keys, Colorado @ 8000 feet and the Texas Hill country, the 365 Series has proven itself capable of handling all types of weather.
NOTE: The cover does an excellent job of keeping out the weather but cannot eliminate condensation (the buildup of condensation is sometimes mistaken for a leak). This is true for all telescope covers. So the telescope must be allowed to dry after each use, before applying the cover. If the telescope is used only rarely and/or your area is prone to dew (i.e. in a valley or near a body of water), we recommend you occasionally remove the cover to let the telescope dry.

A disappointing purchase, bought to replace the sleeping bag and polythene bag used to keep my 12" sct protected over night , idea being to make things look a bit more professional in the garden and maybe purchase another for my 16" reflector which has a similar arrangement as the sct. First night out in the rain in its new outfit I find that water has either got in or condensation has made the towl that I draped over the scope wet in places . Contacted flo who gave some advice some of which was that these covers a renowned for condensation ! Also a little surprised at the lack of tailoring , its assentualy a bag, a very expensive bag. I won't be buying another and this one will probably be reserved for fair weather until then back out with the sleeping bags !
Response:
We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your telescope cover.
Condensation can indeed form under the cover, and this is sometimes mistaken for a leak, but the same is true of all telescope covers (we mention this on our product page).
Fortunately, our 30-day return policy covers your purchase, so if you are still unhappy with your telescope cover, please email us to arrange a return and refund.
HTH :-)

It's a really good quality cover - I only have an 8" STC scope on a EQ6 Pro, but went for the larger cover. I'm glad I did, it covers the scope and tripod and some eqipment I store underneath on a small table. With the tripod set up low it comes a few cm above the floor and everythinng feels nice and safely protected. It's early days, but the scope has been out there for a couple of weeks without issue. A good alternative if you don't have room to build an observatory but wnat to leave your kit out between sessions.

I have an HEQ5 with the extension tube. I jumped up a size with this cover as I wanted to cover the whole mount and it worked. With the extension tube fitted, the cover gives about 200-250mm clearance from the ground which is exactly what I was after. I haven't tried it with the telescope installed as I don't plan on leaving that out overnight. IMO, as with classic cars and paintwork, you don't really want to leave damp fabric laying on metal, so I put a plastic builders tub over the mount and the cover fits over the lot perfectly. Well pleased, it means that I have the confidence to leave the mount out for extended periods thereby reducing set up time.

A very good cover. But it’s small for a 14”. We’ll made and stays on the scope well. There should be an option for a longer version for people with pier extensions.
I’m happy with it. This is the second 365 cover I have bought. The last was for a 9.25 inch. Very happy with the quality of both.
