Brilliant service from FLO, kept me informed on the status of my order and dispatched when complete.
As for the product it what I expected from skywatcher.
A lot easier once I downloaded the operating manual,waiting for clear skies to test run it.

I needed to replace my old handset and the new one works perfectly. Even more impressive was the service I received from FLO. As usual FLO responded quickly to my query about a replacement handset and once I had paid for my order, the item was shipped the same day and arrived all the way in South Africa 3 days later. Blew the board on my goto handset so ordered a replacement from FLO. As always the delivery was swift and without problems. The handset works a treat and was the best price, happy days!
