About this product

The TS 2.5" Rack and Pinion Focuser is a high quality 2.5" focuser with a max payload capacity of 4kg

Telescope side connection - M117x1 female thread:

Camera side / eyepiece side connection:

The TS 2.5" rack and pinion focuser has an M63x1 connection thread on the camera side. This allows direct screwing of corrector systems like the TS 2.5" full-frame flattener for refractors or Stella Lyra Ritchey Chretien telescopes

In addition, a 2" eyepiece adaptor is included (compression ring with 3 screws) and a 2" to 1.25" adaptor is also included.

This focusers does not use ballbearing supports which can to tilt, instead it uses a  teflon support which guarantees a complete lack of play when used with a heavy loading. The motion of the draw tube is separated which offers the best possible stability and smooth movement.
