ZWO V2 7x 36mm EFW (Electronic Filter Wheel)
CNC milled from aircraft grade Aluminium body and weighing 400g and only 20mm thick!
Reliable, quality electronic filter wheel which makes automating your setup and switching filters easy. This new larger version of the ZWO 36mm EFW features new screw holes on the covers, it will give a much easier and more fixable way to connect to ASI cameras.
FEATURES
- Supports 7x 36mm unmounted filters.
- Quality NPM Japanese stepper motor.
- Rotates in both directions for faster filter selection
- CNC machined body from a full block of aircraft grade aluminium enabling a very thin 20mm design.
- Powered by USB - max consumption around 120ma@5v
- ASCOM driver
Compared to the original 36mm EFW, the new EFW is a larger size. The screw holes on the front and back covers allow directly connecting the 36mm EFW to the ASI camera thus bringing the filters closer to the camera sensor, also making it possible to match it with M68 OAG.
All ZWO 36mm filters fit perfectly in the new 36mm EFW. But if you use filters from third party manufacturers, then please make ensure the thickness of the filter is between 1.5mm and 3.0mm (the thickness of the filter frame is 1.8mm).

This EFW just works, which is what you want. NINA and SharpCap recognised it straight away and i've had no problems with it.

Got this for my 183MM and after speaking to Alex at FLO he suggested I went with the 36mm as I said I would like to add the 2600MM later on. A bit more expensive to start with but means I can just use one filter wheel and one set of filters with the 183MM and the larger 2600MM sensor.
