A dew shield prevents the formation of dew on your telescope optics. It also prevents stray light from entering the telescope.

Designed specifically for the ZWO SeeStar S50.

3D printed in tough, black filament.

This product is 3D printed, so the usual minor imperfections, like layer lines, associated with 3D printing can be seen on the printed parts.

Seestar S50 Dew Shield

I am new to the Seestar S50 and purchased this item as I had read that it was useful for people who live in areas of high light pollution, and can assist in reducing light pollution when imaging. I have used the item and I am not a 100% sure that it has any positive effect on images when used for that purpose.
The Seestar has a built in dew shield so I am not certain that this item is effective as a dew shield either .

Fits OK but could do being a bit tighter fit, otherwise works well and saves the battery.

good fit, works very well, was out the other night all the cars had frost on the roof, I didn't have to put the dew heater on. Anyone with a Seestar, well worth the price.
