Does just what it says on the tin. Easy to fit so long as you have both metric and imperial allan keys, seems a bit expensive but reassuringly robust so 4 stars

Excellent customer service from FLO. No instructions were received with the unit (avaialble on line) but the unit is easy to fix once the circular white cover is removed from the standard puck to revel the four holding screws. The white disk is actually metal and was well stuck down. I was expecting an easily removable plastic cover. Also, the existing screws (which you need to re-use) were really tightly screwed in so I had to take care not to strip the screwheads when removing them. The ADM fits easily and provides a much more secure fitting for the telescope. After fitting I noticed that the original Skywatcher has a shroud that covers the mount whereas the ADM does not and about 5mm of the mount with grub screws is exposed. Whether this poses a potential problem for ingress of dust or moisture remains to be seen but overall it is an excellent product. Perhaps they could proiduce one for the Star Adventurer whics has the same grotty single bolt fitting as the AZ GTI.

This is a fantastic product to vastly improve the pretty rubbish AZ GTI clamp. Please note puck I received came in black, not self coloured, as the picture showed.

This makes the the connection to the mount head feel much more secure. It is very easy to fit and is well worth the expense.

Now that I have the (night) time available to me, I recently purchased my first telescope (SW Mak127 with AZ GTi mount). Even as a newbie, upon assembling the scope, my first impression was that the method of attaching the OTA to the AZ GTi mount was the least satisfactory part of the kit; being a cheap looking plastic topped screw, it didn't instil me with confidence and immediately scarred the green alloy finish on the OTA's dovetail bar
Suffice to say, there are no such concerns with the ADM adaptor and I really wish I'd purchased it alongside my original order for the SW Mak127.
The ADM adaptor really looks the part, exuding as it does an air of quality engineering and clamping down on the OTA's dovetail in such a way that you know it ain't going anywhere.
Points to note are that the metal disc supplied is now black. Also, as other have stated, the installation is very simple indeed and should take you no more than ten minutes to complete. What took longest for me was locating the appropriate Allen key, which is neither 4mm nor 5mm but some weird imperial size betwixt those two.
This ADM saddle upgrade solves a nagging weakness of this mount!

The standard saddle is a bit small and the screw on the saddle marks your dovetail bar as it is the only part in contact with the dovetail bar.
This simple replacement/upgraded saddle from ADM increases the length of the saddle and grips using the whole surface area rather than just the screw head!
The upgrade takes less than 10 minutes to install, see my post on SGL for pictures of the steps needed:
If your scope was expensive then this upgrade is just for you!

This is a fantastic piece of kit and I would recommend that every AZGTi owner upgrades to this.
Very easy to fit, takes 5 minutes, and you only need a Phillips head screwdriver and an Imperial allen key.
The slowest part of the inmstallation is the careful removal of the plastic cap that covers the 4 screws holding the original saddle.
