Does the job at a reasonable price

As lovely as it looks having your kit mounted on a set of beautiful CNC cut anodised aluminium tube rings, these do the job and for a fraction of the cost.
A warning though, the images show the rings with 1/4" bolts to connect to your dovetail. These are NOT included in the sale. You will need to add them to your cart if you don't have any lying around.
FLO, I would suggest mentioning that in the product description as most images show them with attachment bolts fitted.

Worked after adding a bit of insulation tape

Bought to mount guidescope onto a small (72mm) refractor. Had to wrap some insulating tape around the scope to get a tight fit, but works well with no play. FLO offered useful advice on everything I would need to mount the guidescope, their suggestion worked perfectly.

Purchased the 72ed rings as they appeared to suit the diameter of my new Stellamira 66ed, and they did perfectly. Not badly priced either
Great product, fast service to the US

This product fits great on an older Skywatcher Newtonian OTA originally designed for a Dobsonian mount that Iím adapting to my Go-To HE-Q5 Pro mount. FLO did a great job packing this product for transit.
FABULOUS RETROFIT RINGS FOR NEW OR EXISTING SCOPES

I have a Celestron 8" RFT. It sits in a saddle with a pair of black rings just like these only black. Some may understand these rings and how loosening them allows the scope to rotate, esp important on EQ mounts where the focuser may end up at unusual locations. When a scope, a newtonian is pointed upward and there is a need to rotate the tube in the rings, gravity wants to pull it downward through the rings when they're loosened. This presents a problem. However by installing a captive ring above the forward/upper pair of saddle rings this can be eliminated, thus the reason for the purchase. It works marvelously.
Now as for First Light Optics; FLO. I've purchased a number of Crayford focusers and other items from them when the weren't available in the US or simply because FLO had the best price. FLO is very easy to work with, shipping is impeccable, trackable and reasonable...and prices are very good. Communication is exceptional. I refer FLO to all my astro buddies whenever they need anything as a source to look to. Thank you FLO for your before and after sale support!

I got the 235mm rings to get my 8" dob on to a mount and they worked perfectly. They have been holding the scope without any problems for a year now and i only had to tighten them once.
